Oil Seal Size Chart – Find by ID, OD & Width
Find the Right Oil Seal by Size
Use the chart below to find a metric TC oil seal by its inner diameter, outer diameter and width. Oil seal dimensions are normally written in the following order:
Inner Diameter (ID) × Outer Diameter (OD) × Width
For example, a 25×47×7mm oil seal is designed for a 25mm shaft, fits into a 47mm housing bore and has an overall width of 7mm.
Our current UK-stock range includes more than 90 sizes of TC double-lip rotary shaft oil seals manufactured from NBR (nitrile rubber). These seals feature a spring-loaded primary sealing lip and a secondary dust lip.

Can’t Find the Size You Need?
We can source or arrange production of additional NBR and FKM oil seal sizes through our manufacturing partner network. Send us the required dimensions, quantity, application and operating conditions, and we will check availability.
Always confirm the required dimensions, material, seal profile and operating conditions before ordering. If possible, measure the shaft and housing bore rather than relying only on a worn or distorted seal.
