Refund policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

For non-defective returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Please contact us at info@mavbearingsltd.co.uk before returning an item. Returns must be sent by post to the return address provided by us.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered items. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied, MAV Bearings Ltd will cover the reasonable return postage cost.

Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability. No restocking fee is charged.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
